Beauty Secrets, a leading skincare and beauty company in Mongolia, came to us with a bold idea, to merge loyalty, digital payments, and personalized skin analysis into one seamless experience.

They already had a trusted brand and loyal customer base.

 

What they needed was a digital infrastructure that could scale and serve as a long-term growth engine.

The Challenge

Launch two integrated tech features:

  • A digital wallet for in-store and online use, offering rewards, exclusives, and ease of payment

  • An AI skin analysis system that helps customers choose products based on real data

They needed to:

  • Build trust around AI and data collection

  • Educate the market on usage and benefits

  • Increase return visits and in-store loyalty

The Approach

We led the creative and marketing rollout for both programs, crafting a customer journey that felt intuitive and valuable.

What we did:

  • Developed the brand strategy, naming, and tone of voice for the digital wallet

  • Wrote in-app copy, onboarding UX, and social campaigns

  • Created an explainer series for the AI Smart Skin tool, tailored for different customer segments

  • Launched an integrated awareness campaign with influencer collabs and paid ads

  • Conducted a customer survey to validate features and refine messaging

The Results

  • Thousands of users signed up for Beauty Wallet within the first month

  • AI Smart Skin tool used over 5,000 times in-store and online

  • Increased repeat purchase rates and engagement with loyalty rewards

  • Helped position Beauty Secrets as a tech-forward beauty brand
